Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with original packaging and gift box.
Non-Returnable
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Customised or engraved pieces.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
